How does Dial
Direct Work?

Simply sign up and you will be emailed Toll Free
and Local Access numbers. When you call the
access number from your phone we will recognize
your phone number and prompt you to dial your
destination number.

How many source numbers can I setup?
|
You may setup total of 3 source numbers to dial
from. You will get option while following
the purchase procedure to select which numbers
to setup. To change, add, or remove
numbers, email us at support@fiberloop.com.

Can I recharge my account? How?
|
Each product states if it is rechargeable. If so, you can click on "Recharge" from the menu, Login to your account, and follow directions.
Upon approval of transaction, you will receive a confirming email and your account will be credited within 15 minutes.

What is the minimum and maximum I can recharge?
|
For Direct Dial, the minimum you can recharge is $5.00. There is a additional 99¢ transaction fee for all Direct Dial transactions under $15.00.
The maximum for Direct Dial is $100.00. For all other products, you may recharge only the denominations available for purchase. You
will get appropriate options at the time of recharge.

What can I do in My Account?
|
You can recharge your account, view your recent transactions/purchases, modify you profile, view dialing instructions, setup
auto-recharge (Direct Dial Only).

What is Auto-Recharge?
|
You can setup your Direct Dial account to automatically recharge once it gets to a low balance threshold. The amount of recharge
and the threshold limit are both set by you. Our system will monitor balance every few hours and if your balance falls below the
threshold, your account is recharged with credit card you setup. Please note, this is only a facility to
our customers and does not guarantee that your account will not have a low balance. You must set a threshold accordingly to your
usage.

What Are Local Access Numbers?
|
Local Access Numbers are local NY/NJ numbers. We currently have NJ local numbers with area codes 201, 732, 973, 908. We also have NY local numbers with area codes 718, 516, 347, 914, 631. We will also be adding additional numbers soon for different areas. Customers will be emailed with any updates.

Does my account expire?
|
Rechargeable products are valid for 90 days from last use. Non-Rechargeable products are valid for 90 days from first use.
Direct Dial Product is valid for 180 days from Last Use.

What do I do when I lost my Pin or Online Access?
|
Customer may request assistance in such situations from our customer service listed below.
However, Customer shall be solely and exclusively responsible for the use and control of
access to its PIN, Online Account, and for all usage attributable to its PIN, including
unauthorized or fraudulent usage. Customer shall not be entitled to a refund or
compensation of any kind on the claim that its PIN was subject to unauthorized
or fraudulent usage.
